Request account & data deletion
You can initiate a request to delete your BongDang account and related personal data, including when you cannot access your account. Your identity must be verified before any account is changed or deleted.
Open the request form
Use the BongDang Support Center and choose Account & data deletion. Provide an email you can access and describe the account you need help with. Never provide a password or verification code.
Confirm account ownership
A request does not immediately remove an account. We must verify that you control the account, using an appropriate secure method, to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.
Deletion and follow-up
After your request is verified, the team will review applicable deletion and retention obligations. Some records may need to be kept for security or legal reasons. Keep the reference number generated by the request form.
Important: This page initiates a deletion request. It does not automatically erase your account, messages, or media. Do not submit another person’s account for deletion.
